this will work for you too (i'll repeat it, just in case you don't want to follow the link):

1- run the "install.exe" file. you will be taken to the configuration screen

3- press "n" for no when it asks if the configuration is correct.
4- select the first option (language) and you will have 3 languages available: english, french and german
5- select the language you want

check for the .bat file - it might have a different name for the German version
