I'm glad it wasn't cesorship. So if I may I'd just like to sum up what I said:

And about being the niceses - I'm not kidding Wendy: You're the only one who gives encouraging comments to people. Sad to say others don't do more, but you really do. Tom and many others help, encourage, but more in a teasing way (I do the same). We're basically just joshing around - whereas you really give compliments and warm words to people just because you decide to. That's NICE
