just started playing through this via Reminiscence PSP. don't know what put me off of playing it before but i'm enjoying it throughly and it looks like the author of Reminiscence PSP knows about you since the readme states:

To run REminiscence, you'll need a copy of the data files from the DOS version
of Flashback.

DOS version of the game is here:

In order to hear music, you'll need the mod files from the Amiga version.
Copy them to your data folder. You can find the Flashback mod files here:

For speech, copy voice.vce from the Sega CD Flashback to the data folder[/b]

so your influence has spread through the psp dev community as well :P
