Doubler did a rather good description there in my opinion.
However, one big new thing is the online/LAN multiplayer.
I, as a good fan of Settlers II, enjoy the 10thA.
What I miss is the music, which in 10thA is slightly boring, and actually the graphics, which is slightly too cartoony in my opinion.
The thing I like is the few but very convenient changes in "gameplay", i.e. "selling" buildings, specific emptying of military houses, improved massage system[EDIT: message
], improved boats... etc.
