i made an awesome campaign for DF2 playing as Spetsnaz. it had it all. sniping missions, helicopters, air insertion, "random" artilery strikes, boatrides, stealth (you have to love that grass) etc, etc. then one day i though i already had it on CD so i deleted it. later on i found out i actually didn't put it on CD yet. :wallbash:

it's actually amazing what you can do with that engine and how simple it is. they even managed to simulate tank fire there...

anyway yeah deltaforce is preety much rambolike straightforward shooter. However there is a patch available that turns the game into Co-op. to play with your friends and family. and another thing is that there are custom made maps available which allow a bit more movement. the whole i dea of CQB in those shanty towns was good but execution is bad. i mean why do i need to stay on the misison else game over. howabout if i climb on that hill to have a better look of the enemy ?!?! bah... nice graphics though only you are restricted too much in the way you do the mission.

anyway as i see the whole series moved into large scale online "team" combat.
