Use DOSBox to avoid the problem : download the emulator
here and, if needed, take a look at the newbie guide
here or read the instruction in the readme file of DOSBox itself.
Finally, especially if you are alredy using DOSBox, be sure to launch the executable 'KOEI' instead of the other 3.
If all of this isn't helpfull, try to be more specific (like sistem in use, what do you do to run the game and so on)
