They've adjusted the year now, and here are the data for producer/publisher:

Joust VGA is a fanmade remake. So, basically every reference to Williams Electronics and Atari should be edited out of the review.
The 1983 PC Port (by Atari) was a Booter and actually better in my eyes than this VGA remake...
