One good thing about this game is there's no set breeding season; lions breed year-round.
Make sure all of the lions' bars are full or nearly full, and then start clicking on the other lion like mad. It should happen sooner or later.
*note* I have not been able to tell yet if mating is always successful. You may want to try it several times to get pregnant.
