* Abandonia doesn't deal in warez.
* TPB does. Indiscriminately. Also in porn and other kinds of sh*t we don't want to be related to.
* Getting ourselves connected to warez = ESA shuts us down = bye, bye Abandonia. Like, forever. And it would ruin our public image.
* That would not be the end... all staff members would likely be sued, and it's quite possible some charges would stick to all registered users.
