can you link us to the store where you are looking for those? i'm confused now. both cards should go in to pci-express slot, where else?=S agp?
in any case, since you spend this much in to pc, why won't you rather buy some 9800 geforce instead of older 8800?
btw, you said that you are going to dual boot vista, then i'd recommend the 4gb even more
