Well I remember having save issues on DOSBOX myself once...
It had to do with the amount of free space Dosbox Thinks is in your Mount C: drive...
There is a simple solution to this though..
The line
mount C: C:\Dosgames
Should be changed to something lik:
mount C: C:\Dosgames -freespace 800 (don't pin me on this though, should be found in the readme of Dosbox)
But this option Gives you an emulated freespace of (in this case) 800Mb.
But the number could be anything you find logical..
Although 800 is a pretty fine number considering we're talking Dosgames here.
