Yor nation always hates surgical strikes, as do all the others, though it's a good way to make another country attack you..

Also, why did my popularity go down from 56% to 25% after I initiated desert storm on August 5th (i waited a couple days to see how Kuwait was doing on its own. Iraq didn't heed to my U.N requests.
