Got Ignition working in Vista by following these instructions. But with a few differences
1: I extracted all these files
http://www.freeweb.hu/dege/dgVoodoo1.40plus.zip (Glide wrapper dgVoodoo) in the Ignition folder.
2: I had to run the "dgVoodooSetup.exe" and on the "glide" sheet set the resolution to any given value (NOT "set by the application").
3: After these steps the game worked ("ign_3dfx.exe", no compatibility mode needed).
