No it doesn't.
Every reviewer has their own way of profiling a game.
For me a 5 point score means the game is as good as it could be. And the game is still under construction, as I mentioned in the review. This is version 2.0 This means the game can only become better with time.
So, out from the future potential of the game, plot, characters, story, background, scenery, idea.... and so on. The game truly deserves a 5.
But you are entitled to your own oppinion, and you have the option of rating the game on the actual game-site.
