Thanks Saccade! Sorry I missed your reply for so long.
I used a cheap app to make it and touched it up with photoshop. I actually paid thousands of dollars for all sorts of 3D software, but can barely use most of it. I am an insult to graphic artists for that. At least I am legal, so if anyone needs textures made, or something, mine are commercially viable.
You guessed the hair, the car, but the decade was early 80's. It would have been a Chevelle, or a Nova. I'm getting old these days. 44 years old.
Oil paints are still my favorite medium and I have an appreciation for their long drying time. It gives you time for details and the chance to scrap or touch up a canvas.
