edit: seems it works only under these conditions:
* you have internet explorer 6 (
or this version only, perhaps?)installed
* you are running it under IE Tab firefox plugin
* you are logged out
..wtf?

edit5: other users who don't see it say that it doesn't even appear in the source code. seems that this racist thing is discriminating users on server side. this is the one of the weirdest things i've ever seen in webdesign
