[Solomon Kane]

Hi! Could anyone help me with this: I'm completely stuck in the Royal Burial Hall's western portal. I'm surrounded by pits, and got no idea how to continue. Falling into the pits leads into another area, which is also devoid of exits (except for a portal which puts me back to the entrance). Any suggestions?
