You just need one fishing rod. When you're standing very close to water, just left-click on the rod and there'll be a chance that you catch a fish. Doesn't happen every time so just click repeatedly until you catch one.

Because you suck at Repair skill
Either increase it or (better idea) increase you Casting and Mana skills and repair things with the Mending spell (REL SANCT YLEM). It's a level 5 spell so requires at least Casting of 17 to avoid frequent backfires. Also save each time before you use the anvil on a weapon or armor as there's always a chance it will damage them instead of repairing or doing nothing.
