I have the "warning lamps" and "installation" (warnlampen, einstellungen) images for the game Bundesliga manager hattrick. I think they're the same for the game Football limited.

Would be nice to have at least the einstellungen one, as it's impossible to know what the switches of the control panel of the game do without it.
