We have come to use various softwares in HDD image creation such as
EaseUs,
Acronis,
Macrium,
Paragon (I do not remember if we got to use it).
Acronis TI came out to be great software, but it became mediocre in the later versions to 2010 and managed to get around with the latest versions.
You can download
Acronis TI if you purchased external HDDs from
Seagate and
Western Digital.
I already knew this
Second Life, but it reminded me of
The Sims games, and so I never registered. Not to mention that the social network
Facebook is one of the most popular, but I liked
Orkut (
Yogurt /
Yakult 
) although I received many spam.
