Besides warning people helps to prevent sueing them for money just in case of death and going out of business! So it is to their benefit to warn and be honest.
So it is a good company just so long that they can stay in business and does not go out of business.
I would keep the company in business for warning ahead of time. However like Jesus Christ says in The Holy Bible only God of Heaven is perfect!
