Oh my goodness, this is incredible. I remember playing this on an old computer my Dad had where I had to boot from a DOS disk. I would always collect all the items and pile them up in the gate courtyard until I ran out of room. Later I figured out that you were supposed to use the items. I never did beat it though, make I'll figure it out this time.
