I actually typed up Kings Quest 4, The Perils of Rosella once upon a time, I'll have a look for the hardcopy, if I find it I'll type it out again, be smaller then PDF's... unless thats specially what your after.
Also had the Robin Hood - Conquests of the Longbow original manual... I'll have a hunt around next time I go home, it has heaps of neat info in it, but last time I checked all that was in the box was the floppies and a advertising cover
