Diablo II and almost all other Hack and slash games - I mean, I don't know what anyone sees in these games. The gameplay is as simple as, click mouse button, wait for monsters to die and run away if to little health. There is absolutely no skill requirement to these games.
And now, all of the MMOG's are in this genre, like WoW and others.

deus ex is better than a lof of games now in every aspect except gfx. diablo 2 is a good game but gets boring.
one of the most overrated game series EVER is the FF series (its has to be said)

if your using steam then steam is the problem (sven co-op is a VERY good HL mod
