As a charecter from Betrayal at krondor said : "You can kill me, but you can't eat me!" - you can CLOSE DOWN the site, but you CAN'T claim it, unless it's current owner decides to actualy SELL it to you. :bleh:
P.S. the guy who says that is a minor NPC in one of the vilages.
