Use Dosbox and type "Indy256" to start the game (minus "" of course).
I've been playing it and am halfway, at the airport. Nothing missing, it plays just fine.

A tip: don't give Col. Vogel the fake diary or you won't get to go to Berlin, which is a great scene. And you get to meet Hitler of course!
