Try something like this to start up quickly:

H = Hanger
G = Stores
A = Lift
L = Living Quarters
R = Radar/Hyperwave
Take out the stores and living quarters as you build back.
In 26 days you should have this:

HHXXXX
XAXXXX
LRGXXX
XXXXXX
XXXXXX
