k: oh thats easy all you do is once you put it in youll see slightly shaded area at each of the 3 edges, just click that with the needle 3 times on each side *so 9 in total also look for the red line so youll see 3 red lines on each edge when your done ok* once thats done use the hand icon and click the edge itll then be covered do this on all 3 edges, you have to do the same with it closed 3 sutures on each edge *so in total 18 sutures* then close up *dont forget to stitch up where you cut open*
