Default DosBox 0.74 Trouble

Having an issue with a couple DosBox games, once their plugged in, when we type for example CHIPSe.exe we get the message
This Program Requires Windows to Run

Anyone have a fix for this?

Needs Windows to run.
Dosbox => Dos
