Hmm, let's see... It's a bit of a long shot, but those three might mean:
1. flowerpot = dirty and weedy
2. carrot = disgustingly healthy, with a somewhat irritatingly bright complexion and wrinkles in odd places
3. cookie = contains lots of fat and crumbles to bits as soon as you exercise a bit of pressure

So the basic meanings would be "dirty brat"/"prematurely aged health-freak"/"spineless fatty".
