I reinstalled my OS (XP) but that did not change the problem a bit... It actually gave me some new ones instead :P ... anyway I tried to deactivate the Geforce card and that seemed to help a bit... I gave me maybe half an hour before the computer froze...
So this i probably some malfunctioning in my hardware?! Maybe a good time to buy a new motherboard?
