As for the second part you have to sissor cut that area top left to bottom right first click in the top left corner with the scalpel *just once dont drag it* then put a clamp *which you use to stop bleeding* just under where you clicked the scalpel and then get the scalpel again and click where you did before. A blob of black shud appear there then simply use the scissors to cut to the bottom right *just click under and a lil to the right with each click of the mouse dont go to far between clicks of the comp will think its a new insistion and the op will be over.

The first part is the transversus muscle before the peritoneum, it always cut the intestines and infects the abdomen. I read in a waltkthrough that I should cut this way / but i dont know if its right.

And after this muscle is the peritoneum, I made the way you said, but I think i'm using the wrong tool.

yeah you do cut the opposite way with the scalpel *so its top right to bottom left* the only thing i can suggest is when you go through the other layers that you go as far to the corners as possible *otherwise you wont be able to get to the appendix as the hole will be in the wrong place*. But yeah the fourth layer you cut in the opposite direction which is the only difference from the layer above. Let me know how it works out for ya.

In the peritoneum a use a L scissor in the bottom right, click with the hand 3 times and at the final click that's the mesoappendix something like this.

Keep at it you'll get it, make sure your cutting in a line corner to corner not uneven, Also DONT use the scissors straight away or the op will fail you have to use the scalpel click once in the corner, use the clamp you use to stop bleeding and place it just under where you clicked, then get the scalpel again and click where you did the first time when the big circle appears THEN use the scissors. Also dont make the gap between each click with the scissors 2 much or the comp thinks its a new insistion and mission over, keep at it.
Also to whoever would put on the sequel i tried downloading it off 2 different sites, dosbox says corrupt config reinstall and just opening it it freezes as it starts, anyone who have the game know how to solve this or did those websites just have a dodgy version.

WOOOO GO U k: oh thats easy all you do is once you put it in youll see slightly shaded area at each of the 3 edges, just click that with the needle 3 times on each side *so 9 in total also look for the red line so youll see 3 red lines on each edge when your done ok* once thats done use the hand icon and click the edge itll then be covered do this on all 3 edges, you have to do the same with it closed 3 sutures on each edge *so in total 18 sutures* then close up *dont forget to stitch up where you cut open*

Should I stitch the hole after cutting the mesenteric artery??
And the holes inside the aorta?
