Quite nice.
Unfortunately the skin color on the face doesn't match the color on the wrist. Also the light doesn't quite convince me.
At the first glance it looks convincing, but if you look a little closer you see something isn't right. Took me quite a while though to put my finger on it.

Look at the angle from where the light is comming - the shades on the face don't match.

Very good work though (I couldn't do it half as realistic). k:
