The oldests found city is Jeriho (it's around 10.000 years old) - just to name a thing or two that's older then christianity says it should be...

To all who wanna start this - just read (or watch) Inherit the Wind (not sure who wrote it, b ut the movie featured Jack Lemmon).

I'm not even commenting on this one. Stupidity and belief hang around together inside people's brains...

Talking

Lethe is right. Why are we debating something that is stupid, NOT made by real christians, but probably by either "humanists" like Titan or a complete psycho maniac. These articles are not at all representative of the Christian faith, so why are we treating them like they are???

I might as well put in a rant just to show how adamant I am>> :ranting:

All religion is obsolite.
It was a good tool to controle the masses during the more primitive days, but it's role is starting to fade away.
We now have other tools to controle how ppl should behave and live (laws).

I regard all religious ppl as weak, who need something to guide them, and need a purpose in life. Myself, i belive we'r a comibnation of amino-acids, carbon and a whole line of other things, who somewho managed to evolve a contious.

I disslike relligion, but i accept that others might belive in it, and i don't try to enforce my belife on others (as many religions try to do), but this doesn't stop me to have my own befile and oppinion, just as well as "they" do.
Do you really accept that others might belive in it? You seem so unkind in your posts...

Anyway i didn't tried to convice someone in believing in my religion, but i know many atheists that try to do that... there are good atheists and bad atheists, like in every category of people...

I'm sure that you can say that you "regard all religious ppl as weak" cause you don't know me and others...

I've only one thing to say you: keep it easy! You'll have no paradise or hell (like you believe) so, don't get angry in the time you are spending cause you have only this life!

Enjoy k: Peace and love!

One wonders what would happen to agnostic or unsure people...
To drift around in an ocean of doubt forever?

Why does everybody have to be either atheist or religious? There are many grades in between...
And are these people, too, weak? Many of them have made a conscious choice!
The only ones for whom I personally have little respect (sorry, but I can't help it), are those that never had a second thought about it. Those that never made the choice to believe what they believe, but just believe because they were told to...
