Well does anybody knows how to cut the piece of picture you want to attach and to get smaller size of picture? Please help!

For cutting parts of a picture you'll need some painting program, better something more large and able to do much like Adobe Photoshop Elements.
But to resize an image you just need some small program that does that. Here's one I could recommend for that (it's a freeware): http://www.irfanview.com/

if paint doesn't want to load it.

open it in explorer
press printscreen
start paint

select edit,paste
there it is.

I tried with irfanview even before, but as I resized picture it's size growed???

Now I tried with paint and I didn't believe it will work, but it worked!!!

You seem to did set wrong dimensions of the picture there... :blink: Just set them lower and don't forget to check the Preserve aspect ratio field to keep the resized picture proportional too.
