I don't like T.Blair at all. Still, he is not the one that placed the bomb(s). Reading messages like some of the above remind me of how most spanish people reacted, with anger not so much against the terrorists but against their own government. How you can be so misguided is beyond my understanding.

I haven't heard anything new so far but I am glad that the list of dead is so small. The only thing I am more glad I am not in London today is that I am not a muslim in this (UK) country. Some of them will get the blame though not their fault. Let's hope that there will be no hasty reactions one way or another and that instead of spending billions for gods know what, actualy spend some of that money to catch those terrorists that are in charge.

The whole Afghanii or Iraqii race should not be blamed for what is happening, some of the best people I know are Afghanii.

I couldn't agree more.

Something else I'm affraid of now is the response from other governments. You can bet a lot of heated voices will go up. This will propably result in some new terrorism hysteria, which usually ends up in a lot of regulations, which have entirely no effect other then making people paranoid.
This can't be the way to fight terrorism.

And I certainly hope people will stay cool, and not get dragged away by their anger. It's understandeable, but rash decissions and accusations won't help anybody.

This is nothing compared to the world trade disaster but the problem is this happened five hours ago and they still suspect these terrorists are still in UK planning for further more attacks in other loacations in UK. May the force be with UK people. Bush, Blair and Howard are trembling at the moment.

Fortunately myself my teachers and my family am unaffected as far I know.

I concur that we should not jump to irrational accussations. Also why some people would try and blame a whole race or in fact a whole government is beyond me. The ''attackers'' if thats what they are the people responsible for this.

What happens now?

Heard about this on the news. 4 bombs, 33 dead, many injured. Saw one guy on the news talking to the reporters from Fox News. He had this huge gash in his head, or hole, and it was probably the scariest injury I've ever seen. Sounds like this was a pretty bad bombing for England. I hope it doesn't happen again.

as do we all. but this could get bad. london due maybe to the mazelike way it is constructed tends to be a good thing for terrorists. the ira during the 70's demonstrated that well enought.
i wonder how many hours of cctv they are going to be manually searching through to try and get to the bottom of this.

Ltest from the BBC: 3 bomb blasts on the tube trains, the emergency services took so long because they feared more bombs. Al Queda has reportedly admitted this on a website. The other bomb was on a double decker bus. Roof completely ripped off. 33 dead, around 300 others injured and taken to hospital. very coordinated effort from all the emergency services.
