I am very confused, can someone please list what we do know about this one?

-The game is a mix of a 1996 RPG (supposedly a really good RPG) and a series of Sci-Fi movies that is directed by more than one director.
-The game is a late 90's released game
-He stated it is an RPG, sorta. (whatever that means)
-Published and Developed by the same company, that is now completely gone.
-You play a government agent

Think that about does what we know..

Blade Runner could be right..I guess..though if so I don't know what some of the clues are talkign about.
