I don't believe that ESA gave rights to anyone because they (ESA) do not have distribution rights.

Only way to get right to host an ESA protected game is to contact owner of the game.

ok cool, my point is no site is actually "clean" we're all scum in the eyes of some gamers. were seen as pirates by some.

we are gaming pirates in every way. but we are the best sort because no one loses anything from us. In fact everyone gains something from us. People get what they want and If some one is impressed by the company who made that game maybe they will buy more recent games made by that company!

True, but we want to be as clean as we can possible be. That means we ain't gonna step on people's toes just because other sites does.

Well, not every way. Nobody on the site is making money off of these games, for example. At least, I assume nobody is. I know I'm not!

I got a postcard from Kosta once.


All the money we get from the site are used to pay server bills, and whenever we have a tiny plus, it is used for competition prizes. So no-one is gaining anything on this site, except the users.

Admins are too busy to even play games.
