The games get a 'status unknown' tag on The List. But I think in general we give the benefit of the doubt and consider a game to be not abandoned if its status is unclear.
In the case of LucasArts, however, it's crystal clear their games are protected, because they evidently care enough about them to hang on to the rights (though perhaps not enough to keep selling them). |
