Plus, buying out the ESA wouldn't work anyways, companys would still own the rights to their games, they could still tell us to remove the downloads, normally it wouldn't a problem cause we wouldn't be noticed that muuch, but if we bought out ESA we sure as heckk would and it would only be a collasal waste of money.

Ya, even further, use common sense, in order to really make enough to buy rights for it you would have to have more money than it would cost to buy the game in the first place, as in games that are no long sold, just use Ebay.
