I know what the yellow light stands for...
But in coutries I've personally driven around there's this sequence:
GREEN - YELLOW - RED.
RED - RED & YELLOW - GREEN.

And I know many people that go through yellow lights and start driving when both RED and YELLOW are on (before green). And they are from at least 3 different countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Italy).

the fire here goes from green to red without passing by yellow.
thus, yellow always indicates the fire is going to turn red. So you sould get ready to stop. (but some accelerate, to pass before the fire turn red)
noting warns you the fire is going to turn green.

somtimes, we got a yellow flashing light instaed of green, meanig you can pas, but carfully, since other can pass too.

And I know many people that go through yellow lights and start driving when both RED and YELLOW are on (before green). And they are from at least 3 different countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Italy).

We french dosn"t like to do things like everyone else do LOL :whistle:

Well, over here that means the trafic light is turned off, so you need to look at the signs (to see who has the right of way).

we do so the fire if totally off (no light at all), or I guess, if it's obvious the fire dosn't work the normal way.

I'll mind being carefull to these kind of think if i'm driving somewhere else than France.
