I have a book on Lucid Dreaming, and it has a bunch of tips and tricks on how to train yourself to become lucid. I've done it exactly four times in my sleep, before I became too busy to keep up with the process. My Dad did it for a long time too and had Lucid dreams for a long LONG time. It was one of the most incredible experiences ever.

A problem a lot of people have when they become Lucid is that they wake up in the excitement. This took awhile to over come, but the times I have been Lucid were amazing. The coolest was the time I was able to fly to the sun. It was soooo wonderful!

When I was lucid, I would use the time to practice my music. I was able to practice a song for like, six hours, and when I woke up I had totally improved on it. It was really amazing.

Same here, when I was younger I was very successful at lucid dreaming but now with lack of sleep I hardly ever have them... but what is that about the 'group' lucid dreaming stuff...? They can meet each other or just try to experience the same kind of dream together..? Check out erowid.com they have alot of information about it and related links. Also a list of herbs, vitamins, illeagle substances and special machines that can help induce lucid dreaming.
