OK, last try from me:

1. Download DOSBox.63
2. Install DOSBox.63
3. Download Life and Death 2 - The Brain (from this site)
4. Extract the downloaded file (you'll get a folder)
5. Make sure this folder is named LnD2
6. Move this folder to c: (so it's only C:\LnD2)
7. Run DOSBox
8. Type the following (and press enter at the end of each line):
mount c c:\
c:
CD lnd2
ld2

And there it should be!
