It all depends on what operation you are doing , are you doing the appendectomy surgery or else the abdominal aorta surgery . The doctor usually sends you to med school if you botch up on something , the good advice to do is to read what he shows you in Med school . And also another pointer is not to go all zig-zag over the place with the scalpel , the incision should be as straight as possible , like this (Sorry for the crappy illustration ):

Imagine it as a solid line , the incision has to be made like this from the upper-left hand corner to the Bottom Right Hand corner. Hope this helps.

The dots are in place to hold the slash lines in the proper place so ignore them.

Hard and challencing simulator. There arent many doctor games around (but there are games where you can cut someone stomach with a surgeon knife).

This game is great, i love it!
It is quite hard, because there is no manual(maybe there is on the net somewhere, think i'll write one).
But when you do something wrong, like not giving 'em an injection if their EKG goes AWOL, they will tell you what you did wrong and and how to do it right.
So it's kind of an Faul and learn thing.

Dumb question...I played this AGES ago but can't recall if there is a way to delete doctors (i.e.players) from the game when you first sign in. The version on Abondonia is not "fresh" and has other players listed...players that I wish to remove so that I've got a clean slate. Call me anal but I was just curious if deleting players could be done. Thanx!

im finallly getting the hang of this whole operating thing but when i start getting to the layer where you use the suction thing they keep tellin gme ive done something wrong and keep telling me to use the forceps but i dont know which ones they are? and in the classroom they tell you to make an incision from the upper right to lower left and in the walkthrough they say upper left to lower right? im a bit confused.com help me please? thanxs
