Well, I've been through thousands of car pictures and so far Peugeot 202 resembles that one the most... not identical though... :/

Well, Jaguar is English (right continent - wrong country). Peugeot is French (still right continent, but still the wrong country). However France is much closer to where this car was made then England is (much, much closer).
