I've scored a massive gold deposit (from 200K it maxed out to 800K when I reached lvl31). I now have about 300K there. I also was very fortunate today, scoring runes gems rares and uniques and killing monsters in the first 4 areas of the game (killed all). Now I am very near lvl32. Heh... I'm proud of myself.

Yeah right...
I'm almost at the end of the expansion ( I was fighting those 3 barbarian ancients, but I failed to heal myself quick after 10 encounters and died). Only the last two quests remain and I can venture into nightmare with a good character (I put 3pts in bonespear, doesn't do that much damage, but the next 2lvl will improve it - I only got one skill in teeth, corpse explosion and bone armor, all other skill trees are amlost complete).
I will keep playing on both, although it's much more fun on SP, because of my char - I rock there.
BTW - what does Anya mean by "personalising" an item of my choosing? All it does is add my name to the item. That's just writing my name on that - i can do that with a pen. :blink:

Uh no, Closed is more rewarding, you just aren't taking the time, which is irritating. Level up your character instead of fooling around in Open.

I must've confused you - I ain't playing on open, I'm trying to finish SP against the PC on my own, sorry I misinterpreted or smth. I'm playing SP and also MP on closed.

P.S. There is Baal in Diablo and a "Bhaal" in Baldur's Gate?? :blink:

Yep. Although the first Diablo came out in 1996, and Diablo was mentioned in the manual's backstory. Baldur's Gate was released in 1998, so sucks to Baldur's Gate.

Although both games took it from an ancient middle eastern term for god named "Ba'al" look it up in Wikipedia.
The ancients are easier if you have a fast character will lots of health, like a Zeal Paladin or Frenzy Barbarian.

I will check it out. About the Ancients - yeah, I had to use up lots of potions to kill one dope cause he was poisoning me like crazy, but eventually it was all over.

I'VE FINISHED THE GAME!!! :brain:
I've been entitled as "Slayer". It sounds kinda cool - "Slayer Vaidotas". Ooh yeah...

P.S. I gotta say though that I kinda was dissapointed by Baal. He kept running away and stuff, and I had to punish him with my lvl1 fire golem with Baal all listening to Iron Maiden. I whooped him good.
Umm... I guess Nightmare > is next.
