Alright, i'll put a bit more detail...
The story goes like this, the upside-down pentagram has always stood as the symbol of one following the ideas of one we now know as Satan. Satan stands for nothing but hatred and suffering, whereas the opposing character, God, stands for happiness and divine purity. I do not follow Satan, but because the pentagram follows such ideas as misery and darkness, topics that both plague me and interest me, I chose it as my symbol...plus, it looks cool and it's great for annoying true Keepers of The Faith. ^Meh, soldier, seen it about a thousand times before...4/10
