I've read through most of this topic, but I can't find out how to save the game.

Can I just clarify:

F2 save doesn't work.

The MDK95 patch adds the F2 save function.

But then the game asks for a CD.

I have no D3D graphics card.

So... saving the game is impossible?... :wallbash:

The game cannot be saved manualy (quick save, etc.). After every level (at the end of each one) the game saves automaticly, you`ll be given an opportonuty to enter a name for the save.

P.S. Yes, the music is realy outstanding!

Be careful NOT to press the Windows key while playing the game, as you will have no way of getting back into the game. This is not the game's fault, since keyboards didn't have a Windows key back then.

if you press the Windows key while playing the game
you can get back by pressing ctrl-alt-delete en then select mdk en press activate
en then you ar back :brain:

Man I got bored with games I got so I wanted to find some old, good games. After a lil' of search I saw this picture where it says MDK and theres that guy in the picture. Soon I recalled that I used to play this game and that it was actually really good.(ahhh, the good old times; games today arent what they used to be anymore...) So now I'm reunited with one of my fav games

I love this game!
I remember last time i played it I couldn't get pass that level boss..i can't remember quite well the level but i know it was an ice sea and a submarine..and the boss was in the submarine...i will download the game again and try to get pass it

this game is so easy to run on xp, I dont know why people are having so much trouble.

Ectract the files into C:\MDK\ and the game runs perfectly fine with no compatibility options.
