Yes. In the original version multiple in-game graphics show your daughter naked. Many sommer vacation pictures for example. These pictures were censored for the Western marked.

There's also an attempted rape scene in the game iirc, you can access it by adventuring and fighting a reputable bandit... losing results in the scene. It's pretty good because Cube wails on everyone and saves her behind...

Getting evil is no problem. Each monster you kill when adventuring increases your sin which will keep you away from goody-goody endings.
