Remakes in general: It would be great to have more of those 80s C64 games (pre-pc) remade for pc. That way you wouldn't need any emu (lots of people never bother to use emus, or bother to learn how to use them). A dream come true would be to have Gyroscope, Strike Force Cobra, Le Mans, Lazy Jones and all those other gems in all their 16 colour glory :brain:

EDIT: Other than that: As a general rule, I think that if someone remade the T-Ford (the car) with aerodynamics and all, it just wouldn't be a T-Ford anymore. Every game is a legacy of it's time, and in that respect I kind of like the games as they are. Pixelated or not.
